About me

Hello, my name is Nichola and I am the owner of Class in Cakes. For over 13 years I have specialized in crafting bespoke wedding cakes at my on-site cake studio. I am always training to keep up with fashions but I love to work with sugarpaste more than anything. In addition, I  love passing on my knowledge and offer private cake decorating class workshops for beginners to intermediate. As a multi-award-winning cake artist, I am also a CakeFlix approved tutor & CakeFlix Master in Cake Decorating NVQ3, with nationally recognized accreditation, food hygiene, and food allergy certificates. I am fully insured and inspected with a 5* certificate from Stoke on Trent council.
